Position Summary:

This role includes project management, partnership development, research support, and capacity-building activities, tailored to the organization’s strategic goals. Reporting and Supervision
Report to: Designated Senior Manager/Executive Director
Supervised by: Head- IIKCON Impact Innovation and Knowledge consulting
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in the development sector, research, consultancy, or related fields.
- Strong partnership development, stakeholder relationship management, and donor communication skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate projects, academic programs, and assignments effectively.
- Independent and proactive working approach, with teamwork capabilities.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and internet based applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Kannada.

Responsibilities
Partnership and Network Development
- Develop and nurture partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, government bodies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Represent GRAAM in external meetings, conferences, and workshops to enhance organizational visibility.
- Build strategies for expanding organizational presence across regions.
- Targeted outreach to CSR corporate agencies and the management of email marketing campaigns (cold emails, cold calls, customized emails, LinkedIn info sharing).
- Participation in industry exhibitions/trade shows to engage industry professionals and decision-makers.
Project Management and Proposal Development
- Identify potential projects and funding opportunities aligned with GRAAM’s focus areas.
- Prepare and submit project proposals and grants in compliance with client and funding agency requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution and reporting.
Capacity Building and Research
- Develop, organize, and manage training programs, workshops, and courses.
- Ensure effective promotion, participant onboarding, and program execution.
- Conduct evaluations, impact assessments, and documentation of findings.
- Organizing webinars, seminars, workshops, and panel discussions, branding them as CSR round tables or thought leadership events.
Operational and Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing compliance documents, brochures, PR materials, and impact reports.
- Maintain systematic records and ensure timely reporting to supervisors.
Performance Metrics (Key Result Areas)
- Successful acquisition of projects and partnerships contributing to revenue generation for the organization.
- Consistent identification and submission of project proposals and RFPs.
- Effective delivery of capacity-building programs and workshops.
- Strengthened relationships with government bodies, corporates, and academic institutions.
- Enhanced visibility and credibility of GRAAM through impactful networking and representation.
