Community Need Assessment

GRAAM has undertaken a "Community Need Assessment" Study to aid Stelis Biopharma Limited, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Bengaluru to help design and execute a new set of CSR activities. The pharma company has developed innovative programs leveraging its capabilities as a pharma company with the core focus of its intervention toward Health and Hygiene, Education, and Employability livelihoods of underserved communities. The company is committed to improving the quality of life of the less privileged and working towards a more equitable society is channelized through the company’s Foundation.

The study will garner critical information for designing a village development plan such as community dynamics and developmental programs being implemented by other agencies including Government. This will enable the company to develop CSR programs that are genuinely need-based. Also, it ensures the participation of the community as a critical stakeholder and not just a recipient of benefits. Thereby, it induces a sense of responsibility amongst them.

The study conducted by GRAAM in the pockets of Doddaballapur will help in achieving the goals of the CSR programs of Stelis Biopharma Limited.
