The GRAAM team conducted the CNA at various geographical locations across four districts of Karnataka where PIL has manufacturing facilities. The team was successful in getting 1,340 members to participate in the CNA process. The developmental problems and priorities voiced by the community were effectively captured. The strategy document has been developed keeping in mind the developmental needs, priorities, existing resources in the community and more importantly, the long term developmental perspective as well as the CSR philosophies and priorities of PIL.
