Impact Evaluation of MyQuest Programme in Tamil Nadu and Gujarat

My Quest is Quest Alliance’s flagship program on employability that focuses on getting young people studying in ITI/ VTIs/ Polytechnics ready for the workplace and to start their career journeys.Quest Alliance intends to carry out an impact evaluation of its ITI intervention in 2 key states including Gujarat and Tamil Nadu in Partnership with GRAAM. The evaluation will seek to assess the extent to which the programmatic outcomes had been achieved and how effective the program strategies were in the region for the achievement of the outcomes. For establishing the impact of the program, a control group of non intervention stakeholders be chosen for comparison.

Project objectives:

a) To assess the impact of the My Quest programme on the employability and workforce preparedness of the students covered by the programme.
b) To assess the impact of the My Quest programme on the placement performance of the covered ITIs.
c) To assess the impact of the My Quest programme on the employment status of the alumni covered by the programme.
d) To assess the impact of the My Quest programme on the learning environment for 21st skills of the covered ITIs.
e) To assess the impact of My Quest programme on the engagement of parents, alumni, student hubs and employers with the learning of students at ITIs.
f) To understand the stakeholders’ perceptions and experiences about the programme, kinds and processes of change they have experienced, and benefits and challenges experienced by them.
