Ms Fathima is an experienced Social Work professional with a 21-year background in empowering marginalized communities and organizations. Specialized in Community Development, holding an MSW from the University of Mysore along with a BA in English, Sociology, and Political Science. Extensive expertise includes roles as an Project coordinator, Assistant Director , Consultant & Sr.Manager, spearheading strategic initiatives towards societal development.

Instrumental in programs focusing on Slum Development, Health, Palliative Care, HIV Prevention, Education, and COVID care,Operations aligning efforts with the objectives of different organizations. Notable achievements involve facilitating model healthcare facilities, advocating for social entitlements, and training over 5,000 community members. Proficient in forging alliances with governmental and non-governmental bodies and international exposure through participation in global conferences and meetings on HIV/AIDS and community-based services. She has served as a POSH committee member at KSRTC and SVYM. Currently, I am a part of the Community Advisory Board (CAB) at the Public Health Research Institute of India (PHRII).
