Joe Grasso is the Vice-President for Finance and Administration at Le Moyne College, USA. Joe began his career on the General Electric Financial Management Program, and he spent 8 years in senior financial positions with the New York State Division of the Budget and as Budget Director of the New York State Thruway Authority. He began his career in higher education at Colgate University as Director of Budget, Institutional Research and Planning. He served as VP of Finance and Administration at Allegheny College and was the Associate Dean of Planning and Operations at the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Virginia. Before returning to Cornell, his alma mater, Joe was the Vice President for Administration at Washington and Lee University. Joe earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University in 1983 and his Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 1987. Joe works with, and serves on the boards of, numerous professional and civic organizations.
