With a PhD and MPhil in Physical and Biological Anthropology and a Master’s in Biotechnology, the academic foundation spans research methodology, molecular biotechnology, and human adaptability.

Professional experience includes roles in research and project management at leading institutions. At the University of Delhi, work on a DBT-funded project focused on air pollution, DNA methylation, and cardiovascular outcomes, involving data management, DNA extraction, biochemical testing, and statistical analysis.

At The INCLEN Trust International, contributions to an ICMR-funded child mortality study included qualitative research, study tool development, interviews, and data analysis.

At MANT, Kolkata, leadership in tobacco control projects encompassed monitoring and evaluation, COVID-19 KAP studies, and ethical committee service.

Subsequent roles at the Department of Biotechnology and ICMR involved monitoring, evaluation, impact assessment, and project management, with expertise in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and manuscript preparation.
