Cancellation and Refund Policy

At GRAAM, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Please review our cancellation and refund policy for book purchases:

Order Cancellation

  1. Before Dispatch:
    • Orders can be canceled before the book is dispatched. To cancel, email us at graam@graam.org.in with your order details.
    • A full refund will be processed for cancellations made before dispatch.
  2. After Dispatch:
    • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Refunds

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the damaged item.
    • After verification, we will either replace the book or issue a refund, based on your preference.
  2. Incorrect Item Received:
    • In case the delivered book does not match your order, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
  3. Return Shipping Costs:
    • For returns due to damage or incorrect items, GRAAM will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Refundable

  • Digital book downloads or eBooks are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not applicable for cancellations made after the item is dispatched.
