Usha C R holds a position of Lead-programs at GRAAM. She has over 20 years of experience in the social sector and worked in projects related to women, youth and children . Her expertise in social sector includes planning and implementation of the projects, preparing modules on life skill, activity based learning, computer, health and hygiene for the facilitators; guiding and mentoring team members.

Presently leading Educational and community program on COVID-19 at GRAAM.

Before joining GRAAM she played various roles and responsibilities in Mahila Samakya, American India Foundation, Centre for Leadership and Management in Public Services , Functional Vocational Training Service and V_LEAD.

Her other interests include travelling and nature walks.

His other area of interests includes listening to music, singing and reading newspapers.
