Karthigeyan R brings over two decades of experience in organisational leadership, institutional development, programme management, and strategic partnerships. He has worked extensively with government departments, development organisations, and CSR partners, contributing to education systems strengthening, capacity development, and the implementation of large-scale development programmes.

His professional experience spans education initiatives across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, including collaborations with DSERT, SSK, DIETs, and government institutions. He has led teacher capacity-building programmes, mentoring initiatives, and school improvement interventions, while also contributing to education research, monitoring, and mental wellbeing studies.

At GRAAM, he leads operational excellence, strategic partnerships, institutional strengthening, and resource mobilisation. His focus is on enhancing organisational effectiveness, fostering sustainable partnerships, and advancing GRAAM’s growth as a credible national think-and-act tank committed to evidence-based development.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Karthigeyan enjoys trekking, exploring nature, spiritual pilgrimages, yoga, meditation, singing, and travelling to experience diverse places and cultures.
