Formative research for assessing Urban Facilities and strengthening Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) in Mysore city by engaging Public health institutions, academicians, Hospitals, Private Practitioners, Professional Health Organisations, Allied Departments, NGOs, CBOs, Health Activists etc through Public engagement workshop. This Public Engagement workshop will Document status of Primary health care in Urban set ups ( Mysore city), Understand the reason behind the situation and gaps, and identify possible pathways to strengthen the Primary Health care and design reform packages .
