Aspiration-Inspiration-Motivation (AIM) Career planning for the students of Government High School

Aspirations are dreams, hopes, or ambitions to achieve life goals, providing a sense of purpose and direction. An individual’s level of aspiration is often linked to their self-worth. Aspirations require inspiration to invigorate thoughts and beliefs, and motivation to propel and sustain action. The AIM program assists students in evaluating their values, interests, aptitudes, abilities, and aspirations against the requirements of various careers. It supports career planning that fits their skills and interests, providing information and resources to help them confidently pursue personal goals.
