Mr. Bhagavan is a Senior Manager Strategic Consultation at GRAAM. He has  more than 8 years of varied experience in the areas of HR & Management, Placements, Training &  Development,  IT & Skill development and Education. He holds a  MBA degree  with a specialization in Project Management with a bachelor’s degree in Electronics from the University of Mysore. Prior to GRAAM he was with Dr.Reddy’s Foundation in building partnerships with various corporates, Not-for-Profits and  Govt. bodies for developing a Sustainable model in Skill Development. He served  as a Program Manager for MBA in Corporate Social Responsibility under CSR-Centre of Excellence in affiliation with University of Mysore. Bhagavan  was part of Board of Studies and Board of examination of Mysore University for MBA in CSR academic course.

His commitment to work in the development sector brought him to GRAAM. He has a strong interest to work for the development of marginalized communities through building social & sustainable business models. At GRAAM he is associated with the Strategic Consultation Portfolio providing support to “Health enRich” a Tribal Woman livelihood Project, operations activity of GRAAM particularly focussed on HR aspects. Bhagavan would primarily focus on Government and CSR consultations. Listening to Carnatic music and traveling during his leisure time are his favourite hobbies.
