Mr. Bhagavan Bidarakote is a certified Social Impact Assessor and Head of IIKCON at GRAAM, specializing in impact assessment, CSR, and project management. With 15+ years of experience in HR, skill development, and governance, he has worked with corporates, nonprofits, and academia. He holds an MBA in Project Management and Passionate about leveraging technology for development, he focuses on CSR consultations and Development of young people in India and livelihood projects at GRAAM. Previously, he led skill development partnerships at Dr. Reddy’s Foundation. He enjoys engaging with communities, mentoring youth, listening to Carnatic music, and traveling.
