Dr. Sham N. Kashyap is a multi-disciplinary development professional with 20 years of experience at the intersection of grassroots implementation, academic research, and policy advocacy. His career is marked by a unique ability to bridge the gap between high-level policy design and village-level execution.

• Specializations: Rural Local Governance (PRIs), Social Accountability, and Public Health Systems.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Led large-scale M&E studies for flagship national schemes including Jal Jeevan Mission, Swachh Bharat Mission, and National Health Mission.
