Mr. Soumitra Joshi is a Senior Research Associate at GRAAM. Soumitra holds Master of Public Health in Health Policy, Economics and Finance from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He has completed his MA & BA Economics from Fergusson College, Pune (which falls under Savitribai Phule Pune University). Besides Public Health, he works on other Public Policy areas like Livelihood & Governance. Prior to joining GRAAM, he worked as an Executive for Health Economics and Market Access for a start-up based in Bangalore. As an executive, he did Health Economic Evaluation of various medical devices so that they will get advocated to various Health Insurance Companies based on their cost- effectiveness. In the research domain, he has good knowledge of Health Policy& Systems Research and Intervention Research. Along with research, Soumitra is keenly interested in reading.
