With over 15 years of experience in program design and implementation, she spans partnering with organizations and fostering multisector collaborations with government, media, and other stakeholders. Leadership in civic engagement, public policy, and strategy has driven impactful campaigns on behavioral change, youth empowerment, informal sector worker and women’s rights, with a focus on civic and environmental issues. A robust network of civic, campaign, and thought leaders, along with nurtured connections within government bodies, has strengthened advocacy efforts. Notably, a campaign for a dedicated budget for government school toilet maintenance in Karnataka resulted in a ₹100 crore allocation by the state government.
