Nandeesha S M has a background in Arts and Education (MA, B.Ed) and hands-on experience in community health and rural development. Currently working as an Arogya Health Educator, she actively engages with rural communities to promote health awareness and improve health- seeking behavior across multiple villages in Mysuru district.

With prior experience as a Field Supervisor under the Swachh Bharat Mission, she has contributed to waste management initiatives at the grassroots level. Known for her strong communication skills, teamwork, and ability to build relationships with community stakeholders, she is committed to driving impactful social change.
