Rudrappa has an 18 years of experience in education, community development, and grassroots governance. He holds an MA from Mysore University along with a B.Ed, and has worked extensively as a teacher and program coordinator. His expertise includes children’s education, tribal development, Gram Panchayat strengthening, and community leadership initiatives, particularly with organizations like Pipal Tree.

He has led and organized multiple workshops and campaigns on child rights, climate change, sustainable agriculture, biodiversity, and water management. Known for his strong skills in organizing, communication, advocacy, and documentation, Rudrappa is deeply committed to empowering rural and Adivasi communities through participatory development approaches.
