Soumya Shrihari is a social work professional with a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and over two years of experience working with government-led rural livelihood initiatives under the Sanjeevini–Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society. She has hands-on experience in community development, women empowerment, and strengthening Self-Help Groups (SHGs) through training, awareness programs, and skill development initiatives.

Her expertise includes social mobilization, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and implementation of government schemes, particularly in rural livelihoods and entrepreneurship. With strong organizational and community engagement skills, Soumya is committed to driving sustainable development and empowering rural communities.
