Before joining GRAAM, Thriveni serverd as a cluster manager at Dhwani Foundation for 5 years. She worked as senior Co-ordinator for Karnataka Population Services International organization and KHPT as well. She has graduated from Kuvempu University. Thriveni was a part of the Social Entrepreneurship Fellowship- Program from the Deshpande Foundation.
