Independent Third-Party Annual Impact Evaluation of iKure’s Integrated Primary Healthcare Model (FY 2025–26)

This study is an independent third-party impact evaluation of iKure’s Integrated Primary Healthcare Model for FY 2025–26, undertaken to assess the programme’s effectiveness, outcomes, and contribution to improving access to primary healthcare services across multiple states. The evaluation aims to generate evidence-based insights to strengthen programme implementation and inform future decision-making.

The study covers programme locations across West Bengal, Jharkhand, Meghalaya, and Maharashtra, including Howrah, West Midnapore, Ghatsila, East Singhbhum, and Mumbai. Using a mixed-method evaluation approach, the assessment includes quantitative household surveys (273 respondents), six Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), qualitative field consultations, and data analysis to comprehensively evaluate programme performance. The findings will culminate in a detailed impact evaluation report with actionable recommendations for programme improvement and scale-up.
