Anirban is a public policy and political consultant with experience in legislative research, governance, and grassroots implementation. He has worked closely with senior parliamentarians across political parties, supporting parliamentary interventions and contributing to policy formulation, including impactful planning and allocation of MPLADS funds. He has also served as a Senior Associate on capacity-building initiatives for Panchayati Raj Institutions in West Bengal and Odisha. Additionally, Anirban managed a public service delivery improvement project in North Bengal that positively impacted the lives of approximately 10,000 tea garden workers. Beyond his professional work, he is a marathon runner and a practitioner of Vipassana meditation.
