Mr. Bhaskara holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Diploma In Rural Development. He has over 8 years of experience working with various Non Profit Organisations. He has desirable proficiency to impart training in areas of HIV/AIDS, rural development, women and youth empowerment, self-help group formations, non-communicable diseases , health issues and on other capacity building programmes. With expertise in community mobilization, career guidance and personality development, he is able to work on strategic and analytical planning, monitoring, program evaluation, and program designing. With a passion to work in the development sector, Bhaskara has joined the GRAAM team as a Senior Associate for Community Consultation.
