Certificate Program: Introduction to Public Policy
GRAAM conducted a certificate program to train QCI professionals on public policy formulation, analysis and communication. GRAAM & QCI signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in 2019 to build the capacity of young professionals at QCI. The professionals were trained in batches in a workshop format using case studies and activities.

Project Result / Accomplishments:
GRAAM conducted several sessions for QCI professionals in both online (during pandemic) and offline modes. More than 100 QCI professionals were trained in batches
