This comprehensive 30-day program is designed for postgraduate students, early-career professionals in social sciences and public policy students and CSR sector professionals seeking to strengthen their expertise in community engagement, leadership and professional skill development.

The program integrates 20 days of immersive field exposure with 10 days of structured training program, providing a balanced blend of theory and practice. Participants will develop essential 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, leadership, analytical reasoning and decision-making—all crucial for driving impactful social change.
