Strengthening policy collaboration for India’s AYUSH ecosystem.
The Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, and GRAAM (Grassroots Research and Advocacy Movement) signed a Joint Statement of Intent (JSOI) in New Delhi to facilitate collaboration under the Embark India Development Fellowship Programme.

The partnership aims to support the Ministry’s policy and analytical work by enabling structured engagement of fellows who will contribute to research, policy insights, and institutional strengthening aligned with the Ministry’s mandate.

This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to advancing evidence-based policy, strengthening governance capacity, and supporting the continued development of India’s traditional systems of medicine.
Through this initiative, fellows will work closely with relevant divisions within the Ministry to contribute to research and policy-oriented activities while maintaining the highest standards of administrative propriety, confidentiality, and neutrality.
