Reimagining M&E for Policy Impact – Engaging People, Leveraging AI, and Advancing Methodologies

Grassroots Research and Advocacy Movement (GRAAM) will be hosting a dynamic panel during gLOCAL Evaluation Week 2025—a globally celebrated knowledge-sharing event that bridges local wisdom and global insights in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E).

gLOCAL Evaluation Week is convened by the Global Evaluation Initiative (GEI)—a collaborative network of organizations and experts that supports countries in strengthening their M&E systems. It is a global movement with local roots, gLocal brings together evaluators, policymakers, practitioners, and changemakers to explore innovation in Monitoring & Evaluation.

The panel will explore cutting-edge advancements in M&E, focusing on:

  • People Engagement: How participatory and community-driven evaluations strengthen policy relevance.
  • Methodological Innovations: Emerging frameworks that improve data quality and decision-making.
  • AI & Tech Tools in M&E: Leveraging artificial intelligence and digital platforms to enhance analysis, visualization, and communication of evaluation findings.

Whether you are an evaluator, policymaker, researcher, student, activist, or development practitioner, this is the right space to deepen your understanding of inclusive, tech-enabled, and future-ready evaluation methods.

Be part of a global conversation that is reimagining the role of M&E in shaping equitable and impactful policies.
