Project AIM (Aspiration, Inspiration, Motivation), initiated by GRAAM, is empowering SSLC (class 10th) students in government schools by providing essential career guidance and exposure to diverse educational paths. Aligned with India’s New Education Policy, AIM focuses on fostering 21st-century skills and preparing students for board exams and future careers.
Through ten structured modules, AIM offers insights into career options in STEAM, higher education, entrepreneurship, government jobs, and skilling courses. It also highlights government schemes for financial aid and further education. Additionally, the program includes lectures by renowned achievers, inspiring students to explore various fields such as space science, medicine, and the arts.
AIM not only nurtures aspirations but also equips students with critical skills like communication, collaboration, and problem-solving, empowering them to make informed career choices and contribute to society.
