On 26th and 27th November 2024, Dr. Basavaraju R Shrestha, Executive Director of GRAAM, enriched the South India Partners Meet (SIPM’24) with his profound insights on the evolving social sector landscape.
Hosted by Dhwani Foundation in Bengaluru, this milestone event celebrated the 7th anniversary of Niranthara, bringing together over 235 NGO leaders from Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh, along with 40+ distinguished speakers and panelists.
With the theme “Social Sector in Transition – Challenges, Opportunities & Way Forward,” the two-day conclave fostered collaboration and meaningful discussions. A key focus was the significance of the Organizational Development (OD) approach in empowering grassroots NGOs to build resilience and sustainability, showcasing its transformative role in strengthening the sector.
The event also celebrated the inspiring journeys of grassroots organizations, spotlighting their achievements and the power of collective effort in driving change.
