August 23, New Delhi: GRAAM in August was a part of the Development Partners Roundtable at DMEO, NITIAayog. Present in the roundtable was GRAAM’s Executive Director, Dr Basavaraju R Shresta. He emphasized on inclusive evaluation. Dr Basavaraju said that first counting the most vulnerable and bringing them to the database, appreciating the best practices of the government in evaluation reports and community-led monitoring was absolutely necessary. He also added that learning was at the core of Monitoring and Evaluation.
