World Class business school in Asia, Indian School of Business (ISB) has invited GRAAM Executive Director Dr Basavaraju R Shreshta to be the Advisor for its ‘Emerging Technology Center‘ (ETC), a jointly created entity between ISB and Intel India.
The overarching goal of ETC is to support Governments (Central and State) embed relevant technologies for holistic advancement of society. The ETC was created with the vision “To promote and support the adoption of emerging technologies in the governance processes and systems and to become the “Go-to” Centre in the country for addressing the Governments’ technological needs Mission”. ETC aims to identify addressable technological needs in Governance that can be solved by emerging technologies (ET) such as Artificial Intelligence, among others.
The advisory committee comprises Senior Faculty from ISB, representatives from Intel, faculty from ISB leading the project initiative and independent industry representatives. This Committee shall advise on : • In identification of projects in various sectors of the Indian Government • Assess the impact of programs, projects, and events • Advise on usage of funds for executing the project.
Dr. Ananya Samajdar, Research Head is appointed as member of Working Groups for Tribal Development
Dr. Ananya is currently working as the Head, Research at GRAAM. She has been appointed as a member of Working Groups for Tribal Development.
